Locations - Chelmsley Wood
The boundaries of Chelmsley Wood have changed since its inception as neighbouring districts have merger and areas within the plan have become independent settlements. The estate itself, now known as North Solihull, is being renovated and extended.
Romans, Saxons and Normans have also settled on this raised piece of land close to a natural ford across the River Tame. Chelmsley Wood is also the home and main location of Landscaping and Driveways company, RG Driveways – managed by Ricki Grenfell.
